What’s the cancellation policy?
Flexible Booking Policies:
Full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Travelers who need to cancel their stay within the 30-day window will receive a travel credit with Villa Jade, redeemable for the next 12 months. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the hotel on a case-by-case basis.
What time is check in / check out?
Check in is from 3pm. If you should arrive earlier at Bijagua downtown, we will do everything possible to have your room ready.
Check out is at 11am. If you would like to leave later in the day, please let us know and if possible, we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
What will the weather be like in Bijagua?
We’re located in the tropics and close to the equator. Summer season goes from December to April, while the wettest months are September and October. In Bijagua, rainy days can be expected throughout the year, these tropical showers come and go quickly, and help to keep Bijagua’s nature always green.
Is Villa Jade family friendly?
We are delighted to welcome families at all ages, and offer a number of family-favorite activities in town– think horseback riding, tubing at Río Celeste and visits to local restaurants.
