The terms and conditions below apply for reservations made by an individual, private person unless a special agreement has been made. Separate rules apply for group reservations over 10 persons. Villa Jade reserves a right to apply special terms and conditions that differ from these in case of public holidays, special events, seasonality or additional services required.
1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
When reserving a room your name, address, arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required.
We require a valid credit card to be charged according to payment and cancellation policies. Once your stay is booked, you will be contacted at the email provided.
Children with ages +10 is considered as an adult.
2. RESERVATION GUARANTEE
The reservation is guaranteed if paid by credit card the full amount. Nightly Rates at one of our villas include:
• Rates include 13% government taxes.
• Property is completely non-smoking.
• Rates subject to change.
2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The unit is at your disposal from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by 11:00 am. Villa Jade is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private premises and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed. Later arrivals must be agreed upon separately with the manager, and the reservation must be confirmed with a credit card or with other agreed means.
3. CANCELLATION AND NO ARRIVAL
Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email directly to the manager of Villa Jade and be confirmed by the same.
Our Flexible Booking Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 15 days before your arrival without a penalty. If you cancel within 15 days prior to arrival, ‘no-show’ charges may apply. If you’ve paid in full and must cancel or adjust your reservation, you will receive a Villa Jade Non Refundable Credit. You must use your Villa Jade Credit within 1 year of your original stay date. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the company, on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that in the event of rescheduling, modification or cancellation: Your new request will always remain under the policies of your original reservation.
If the owner must cancel the reservation before the beginning of the stay, he must notify the guest and make sure the information is well received. Any deposit made will be refunded immediately and no further claims can be made.
5. EARLY DEPARTURE
Early departure before the agreed day must be informed to the manager latest by 4:00 pm on the day before.
If your reservation is for several nights Villa Jade is entitled to charge you the full amount for the whole stay. Early departure before the agreed day may also cause changes in the room rate confirmed.
7. GUEST BEHAVIOR IN THE PROPERTY
We follow good manners and rules at Villa Jade. In case of breaking these rules you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.
For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private premises such as our units and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.
9. GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY ON DAMAGE
As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest or your pet in the room or in the premises. This applies also to the furniture and other equipment, other guests in the premises or their property.
9. PETS
Please inform the manager in advance if you arrive with a pet. Person(s) checked in at the room are responsible for the welfare of the pet and for potential damages and expenses caused by it. Pets are not allowed to cause a disturbance to other guests. In principle, the pet should not be left unsupervised in the room.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: \Villa Jade/ will maintain any and all information regarding our guests private to only our facility. The information entered into the site will not be provided to any other source. This information will be used solely by \Villa Jade/ under penalty of applicable law. We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes specified above. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
